How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. This will restore any active subscriptions or lifetime purchases linked to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find Simply Trace, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Is the app safe for my child?

Absolutely. Simply Trace contains no ads, no social features, no external links, and no data collection. All content is created specifically for young children in a safe, enclosed environment.

What's included in Simply Trace Plus?

Simply Trace Plus unlocks the full growing library of animals, exclusive golden reward cards, all coloring tools and effects, and global leaderboard access. New animals are added regularly.

What subscription options are available?

We offer three options: Monthly subscription, Yearly subscription (best value with 48% savings), and a one-time Lifetime purchase for permanent access to all content.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps: (1) Close and reopen the app, (2) Restart your device, (3) Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, contact us at the email above with a description of the problem.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! Simply Trace works fully offline. All tracing content is included in the app. An internet connection is only needed for purchasing subscriptions or restoring purchases.

What devices are supported?

Simply Trace is available on iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later.
